Last updated: July 10, 2026
By using Cubeathon you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. Cubeathon is a free set of speedcubing tools — a timer, statistics, and learning material — provided as-is for personal use.
You don't need an account to use Cubeathon. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate others or create accounts by automated means.
You are responsible for backing up data you care about — the timer page provides JSON export for exactly this purpose.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Your solve data belongs to you. If you sign in, you grant us permission to store and process that data solely to provide the service — syncing it between your devices and computing your statistics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The Cubeathon name, design, code, and original content are the property of the Cubeathon project and its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as permitted by law. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.
Cubeathon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Timing results are provided for personal practice and carry no official standing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubeathon and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data. The service is free of charge; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.
The service evolves, and these terms may change with it. When they do, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Cubeathon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
